      This is the worse insurance company ever. I was in a car accident October 27th, 2021. My car has been in the shop since November 15th, waiting for the approval of the issuance to fix my car and they are doing everything to try and get out of fixing my car. This also the auto shop that my insurance company suggested me to.

      I was in a accident first week of September, as of today it is December 2 and Im still getting misinformation on my claim I call almost every single day and they always forward me to another number which goes to answering service. I leave a message every time, no returned calls. It took over a month for them to send me papers to sign with them saying they were going to pay off the car. I sent those back then it was another month of not hearing anything and not returning my calls! So I finally get ahold of someone and she says they have all my paperwork needed and the papers I sent back and that she would be sending it to a manager because she doesnt know why I havent been contacted either!!! Fast forward a couple weeks after that, I missed a call from them and the man on the voicemail states someone has given me misinformation and that my claim is still sitting because its still being investigated. I called back less than 5 min after, several times no answers and no returned calls from the messages i left. I want to know 1. How long does a typical investigation take, its been 3 months and 2. Why send me papers to sign and return saying the car was accessed, with the amount theyre going to pay off, when there is still an investigation going on? Also I rented a car and was supposed to be reimbursed that has yet to happen, again it has been 3 months!!! They are making my life ****, because I cant get another car until this situation is handled Im losing money spending on rides. Ive never seen a insurance company handle a claim like this EVER, very unprofessional attitudes nasty and if I could rate less than 1 I would. Definitely would not recommend

      This company refuses to answer any calls nor return any call due to an accident that wasn't my fault. I got this insurance 6months ago. On November 18th a car hit the back of my car. I'm not able to drive it. My car been sitting up a 2019 ****** Altima. This company tells me to go rent a car out of pocket. At Hertz which they tell me it's ******. They say it's not their problem and refuses to give me and estimate and a car that my car can go to. If you have this insurance change it as soon as possible. They only here to collect not to help you. I have spent over an hour several times on hold and when they got on they hang up on me. Please don't get this insurance they full of s*** You will be physically, mentally and emotionally drain dealing with these people. Get a lawyer.

      Worse insurance company Ive ever had to deal with, I was on hold almost 2 hours before I spoke with a representative and still didnt get my issues resolved. You pay for insurance and you think its good until you have to file a claim and find out you are basically paying for everything and the insurance

      American alliance casualty insurance is my insurance provider. I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week about a claim that has to be adjusted. The auto shop is just waiting on the confirmation to go ahead and work on the car. I was on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes, only to be hung ** in. Now I can't even get through because the number is "no longer valid". I cannot believe I am paying monthly for this kind of service!

      No word on my claim made 10/15/21. When calling, I sit on hold forever, and then get no answers except waiting for approval- call back with an attitude! No answer to emails either. Just want my car- that was hit by someone insured by Alliance- fixed!

      I called them constantly! Countless times! The service is horrible Ive been hung up on multiple times male and female employees. I stated information over and over, maybe it was a bad connection, but I think she thing I was being rude because she sounds Latin decent. Which I was not!! I continued to be curious and Ive still gotten anywhere. You would think with all these bad reviews they would want to do better. So sad ??
