          On June 27, 2019, BBB contacted 360 Construction Full Circle/Handyman Home Doctor requesting the company modify its advertisement. Specifically, the company is displaying BBB's seal on its website, https://www.handymanhomedoctor.com/. Use of BBB's seal may imply BBB Accreditation, although this company is not currently a BBB Accredited Business. 

           BBB's name and seals are federally registered trademarks owned by the Council of Better Business Bureaus and may not be used without CBBB's express permission.  

           Despite written requests, as of August 5, 2019, 360 Construction Full Circle/Handyman Home Doctor continues to display BBB's seal. BBB has not received the company's written assurance it will refrain from using BBB's seal in an unauthorized manner.
