          On January 29, 2019, BBB received multiple scam tracker reports and customer complaints alleging they paid shipping for a free letter board advertised through social media and never received the product.  To date, the company has not responded to the complaints filed.

          On January 31, 2019, in attempt to gain more information about the company’s product and services, BBB reached out to Magnolia Craft Shop via mail at 301E Terry Street Pocatello, ID 83201, however the mail was returned undeliverable on 2/14/2019.  BBB also called the company at (208) 637-0456 and found the number to be disconnected.  To date, BBB has been unable to reach the company for a response.
