          On October 22, 2018, BBB received multiple complaints from customers alleging they paid for a product(s) through Apache Pine’s website and have either not received the products or they’ve received the incorrect product.  To date, the company has only responded to two complaints. 

          On October 22, 2019, in attempt to gain more information about the company’s product and services, BBB reached out to Apache Pine via email but has not received a response.  BBB also reached out to the business via phone at (208) 317-6836 and did not received a response. To date, BBB has been unable to reach the business.
          According to the Idaho Secretary of State and information in BBB files, Jordan Duran is principal of several other businesses in Idaho.  Separate BBB Business Reviews are available for these companies.
