Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Nature’s Touch store, and after several months they have not received their products. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance. 

          On April 22, 2020, and May 05,2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to Nature’s Touch for a response regarding consumer complaints. The business has not responded

          On 03/13/2020, the business filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 (Liquidation) of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case# 20-40223-JMM.
