On April 26, 2022, the Securities Division entered into a Consent Order for Vend Tech International, Inc. (hereinafter, “VTI”.) In the Consent Order, the Division alleged that Respondent violated the Franchise Investment Protection Act of Washington (the Act) by offering and selling unregistered franchises in Washington. In addition, the offer or sale of said franchises was in violation of RCW 19.100.080 because Vend Tech International, Inc. failed to provide the franchisees with a franchise disclosure document prior to the sale of the franchises.
Without admitting or denying the allegations, Respondent agreed to cease and desist from violating the Act, and to pay $4,000 in investigative costs. The Respondent has waived their rights to a hearing and judicial review of this matter.

On May 23, 2022, the Division of Securities of the Maryland Attorney General’s office and Vend Tech International, Inc. d.b.a. Naturals2Go entered into a Consent Order.
In the Consent Order, the Division alleged Vend Tech violated sections of the Business Opportunities Act of Maryland by selling unregistered Vending Machine Business Opportunities. In addition, Vend Tech did not send business opportunity Vend Tech did not send business opportunity disclosure statements to prospective Maryland Buyers before those buyers executed a contract or paid any consideration in connection with their purchase of a Vending Machine Business Opportunity, as required under the Business Opportunity Act.
Without admitting or denying the allegations, Vend Tech agreed to cease and desist from violating the Act, and to pay a $8,000 penalty. Vend Tech has waived their rights to a hearing and judicial review of this matter.
