          Pattern of Complaints

          On November 18, 2020, Better Business Bureau was alerted to a business operating as WiFiBlast with an advertised address of 10450 N Airport Road Hayden, Idaho 83835. The business website can be found at,  https://buywifiblast.com/, and they specialize in selling Wifi boosters with claims this product will enhance your Wifi service. Consumers who have purchased this product are reporting the product does not work as advertised. Consumers allege the business has improperly billed them for promotional offers, refunds are not processed as promised, and poor customer service.

          The advertised address of 10450 N Airport Road in Hayden, Idaho is being used by 40 online businesses. The Idaho Secretary of State reports that WiFiBlast is not a licensed business in the state of Idaho. The business website advertises corporate addresses in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. The business website states  consumers are responsible for paying shipping cost if they wish to return the product.
