          BBB contacted Vista Health on June 21, 2023, to request substantiation such as completed clinical trials or other documentation to support any health claims regarding products advertised on the company website product pages.  The company is making a variety of health claims ranging from Heart Health, Joint Health, Weight loss, etc.


          BBB follows the BBB Code of Advertising and Section 34. Claimed Results address products with health claims:
          Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy, or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. Overall, health-related claims should be backed up by scientific data that supports the claimed results.

          On June 23, 2023, Dr. Corrinna Long, CEO of Vista Health responded to BBB by email, stating in part: "We have all those documents as we are GMP certified;" however, the company opted to not provide documented substantiation to BBB. On June 26, 2023, BBB reached back out to Dr. Long since GMP certification is not related to the actual health performance of the supplements, and noted BBB is seeking studies or other documentation to substantiate health claims made by the company.  Since that time BBB has been unable to confirm GMP certification and is awaiting a response from the company.  As of August 23, 2023 BBB has not received any additional information from the business.
