A bill of sale was sent requiring payment via Zelle or Monogram. The consumer further alleges that since Zelle had a monetary limit, payment was sent via PayPal and Paramount Beagle Pups asked the payment to be sent to a different company name than listed on the purchase agreement. The consumer indicates that at this time they believed Paramount Beagle Pups was not legitimate.
