Pattern of Complaints
According to information in BBB files, Brilliant Circle has a pattern of complaint alleging Repair Issues.
Specifically, consumers hire Brilliant Circle at a set price to cut trees and remove all debri from their yard. In most cases Brilliant Circle comes out and starts the job, but never follows through by completing the job. Consumers state they are left with trees, tree limbs, and trash in their yard in most cases. All consumers state they have reached out multiple times to try and have the job completed, but Brilliant Circle has failed to complete the job.
On February 16, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to Brilliant Circle to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, Brilliant Circle failed to respond. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.

On 02/07/2024 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards:
