It has come to BBB's attention that the business is requesting that customers withdraw the text of complaints from being posted on the BBB website. It has also come to BBB’s attention that the business has a non-disparagement clause in its customer Satisfaction and Release Agreement that requires customers to remove complaints and negative reviews and prohibits them from making any future remarks. BBB does not withdraw complaints under these circumstances. Consent to post the text of a complaint is solely at the discretion of the customer.
