After a review of Westmar Lofts' complaints on file with BBB, we noticed a pattern of complaint.
Specifically, consumers allege that they report problems with their apartments, including possible health issues, but the problems are not addressed. Further allegations include collection matters and poor customer service
BBB requested the voluntary cooperation of Westmar Lofts in eliminating the pattern of complaint and sent an Agreement to Eliminate a Pattern of Complaint Form to Westmar Lofts.
BBB requested at least three ways in which Westmar Lofts would implement to stop any pattern of complaint.
Westmar Lofts did not respond to BBB's request.
