          BBB's role in the marketplace is to promote and foster ethical relationships between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation efforts.

          After a review of Sarah Virginia Home's complaints on file with BBB, we noticed a pattern of complaint.

          Specifically, consumers allege purchased items not received and requested refunds not given.

          BBB requested the voluntary cooperation of Sarah Virginia Home in eliminating the pattern of complaint and sent an Agreement to Eliminate a Pattern of Complaint Form to Sarah Virginia Home.

          BBB requested at least three ways in which Sarah Virginia Home would implement to stop any pattern of complaint.

          Sarah Virginia Home did not respond to BBB's request.

          We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Sarah Virginia Home.

          The consumer alleged they placed an order with Sarah Virginia Home for a light fixture in the amount of $428. Further allegations indicate the consumer received a voicemail stating Sarah Virginia Home had a problem with their payment processing company and they issued a refund and requested the consumer resubmit payment. The consumer stated they resubmitted payment but have had no further response from Sarah Virginia Home.

          BBB asked Sarah Virginia Home to respond to the consumer's allegations.

          Sarah Virginia Home did not respond to BBB.

          So that BBB may provide the most accurate and transparent information on Sarah Virginia Home to consumer inquiries, we sent our Standard Business Questionnaire for their completion and return.

          Also requested were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by Sarah Virginia Home.
