We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Gift Bernadooddle.
The consumer alleged that Gift Bernadooddle contacted their daughter about a puppy that was less expensive than market price. The consumer further states that the fist contact was via email and Gift Bernadooddle sent photos and videos of the puppy. The consumer states that Gift Bernadooddle indicated they had a special deal with a shipper and payment was required via Zelle or Venmo in the amount of $1,800, with no proof of payment. The consumer indicates that on the day the puppy was to be shipped, they received a call that required them to purchase a better crate.
BBB asked Gift Bernadooddle to respond to the consumer's allegations.
Gift Bernadooddle did not respond to BBB.
BBB asked Gift Bernadooddle to provide answers to the following questions:
1. BBB was unable to locate the required competency license for your firm in Georgia. Please provide your license information.
2. The address given for your firm, 2531 Dover Lane, Duluth, GA 30096, has been determined to not be the location for your firm. Please provide the actual physical location of your company.
Gift Bernadooddle did not respond to BBB.

Also requested were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by Gift Bernadooddle.
Gift Bernadooddle did not respond to BBB's requests for information.
