Advertising Review
BBB's role in the marketplace is to ensure the public's confidence in advertising and promote trust in business.

In BBB's general review of VVV Executives' website, a few advertised claims were found for which we requested written substantiation.

BBB reviews advertising on accredited and non-accredited businesses in every medium. Our request is based on BBB's Code of Advertising Standards that can be found at
https://www.bbb.org/code-of-advertising.

BBB's request is based on this specific code:

Basic Principles of the Code: Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request.

BBB respectfully requested written documentation or additional information for the following advertised claims:

The best way to do this is by using compelling face to face marketing campaigns, which will aid us in being able to help you to have the highest ROI than any other outsourced marketing company.

BBB Request: Please provide written documentation to support your advertised claim of "which will aid us in being able to help you to have the highest ROI than any other outsourced marketing company."

We are dedicated when it comes to our approach with years of experience.

BBB Request: Your company's website creation date is March 2019. Please provide written documentation showing where your company, under the current name, has been in business for many years.

BBB Investigation Results

BBB's role in the marketplace is to promote and foster ethical relationships between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation efforts. BBB is a not-for-profit organization that works with both BBB Accredited and non-accredited businesses to help build a stronger foundation for customer relationships and marketplace trust.

We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of VVV Executives that stated the following: I also received an e-mail from VVV Executives HR Manager - "Liz" saying my application was accepted and to pick an interview time. They also included in their email "For more information about the job position please refer to the job ad to which you responded". I did not apply to any job with this company, so I do not know how they got my e-mail address. I assume LinkedIn since that's where I've been applying. The interview is a virtual Zoom interview with their CEO, but the email continues with "to be shortlisted, please submit a short video via the link below. Our management team will review your details and call to set up the next step". After not responding, I received a text and an email asking me to attend the virtual interview. I missed that as well and got another email right after that for a 3rd attempt at getting me to interview. After doing a lot investigating on the company, it seems as though I'm not alone.

BBB received the following complaint regarding the marketplace practices of VVV Executives: This is a pyramid scheme. I applied to be a marketing intern and went to what they said was an "interview" the morning of june 11th. Instead it was an informational session with 78 other people all wanting the position. He said his company is growing at 800% per year and it is time to join. There is multiple steps to even get the 1 on 1 interview. He says he advertises for UNICEF and has offices all over the country. It is a way to draw in unsuspecting people and profit off them and their "clients."

BBB asked VVV Executives to respond to the consumer complaint and submission in BBB's Scam Tracker.

VVV Executives did not respond.

So that BBB may provide the most accurate and transparent information on VVV Executives to consumer inquiries, we sent our Standard Business Questionnaire for their completion and return.

Also requested were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by VVV Executives.

Finally, BBB asked if VVV Executives was affiliated with VVV Executives, Inc., and if so, to please clarify the relationship.

VVV Executives did not respond to BBB's requests for information.
