We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Puppy Daddy.
The consumer alleged they purchased a puppy through Puppy Daddy, who answered emails and telephone calls and communicated via WhatsApp. The consumer further alleges Puppy Daddy set up a fake logistic company website to scam more money for travel insurance for the puppy.
BBB asked Puppy Daddy to respond to the consumer's allegations.

BBB asked Puppy Daddy to provide answers to the following questions:
1. BBB was unable to locate the required competency license for your company name in Georgia. Please provide your license information.
2. The address given on your website, 6015 Riverwood Dr., NW, Atlanta, GA 30328, has been determined to not be the address for your company. Please explain and provide your company's actual physical location.
3. Images on your website were found on several other different company websites. Please explain and provide proof of your company's right to use the photos on your website.
4. You state Puppy Daddy, Inc. on your website, however, we were unable to locate any corporate registration for your company name in Georgia. Please provide your corporate registration information.
Puppy Daddy did not respond to BBB.
So that BBB may provide the most accurate and transparent information on Puppy Daddy to consumer inquiries, we sent our Standard Business Questionnaire for their completion and return.
Also requested were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by Puppy Daddy.
