We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Alvin's Huskies Ltd.
The consumer alleged that they were looking to purchase a Siberian Husky and looked online. They came across the website for Alvin's Huskies Ltd. and found a puppy they liked. The consumer further alleges they did more research and found the photo of the puppy was used on other websites. The consumer states that Alvin's Huskies Ltd. wanted payment via Zelle or Cash App in the amount of $900 for the puppy and the company's employees spoke poor English and the email seemed fake to them.
BBB asked Alvin's Huskies Ltd. to respond to the consumer's allegations.
Alvin's Huskies Ltd. did not respond to BBB.
BBB asked Alvin's Huskies Ltd. to provide answers to the following questions:
1. BBB was unable to locate the required competency license for your company name in Georgia. Please provide your license information.
2. The address given on your website, 2342 Oak Road Snellville, GA 30078, is either a courthouse or a Chamber of Commerce. The second address given on your website, 1604 Ironside Road, Snellville, GA, is a residential home. Please explain why two addresses are provided.
3. You list Styreet's Huskies and Kingsland Huskies on your website. Please explain the affiliation.
4. Images found on your website were found on several other different company websites. Please explain.
Alvin's Huskies Ltd. did not respond to BBB.

Also requested were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by Alvin's Huskies Ltd.

BBB's investigation revealed this company is not located in Georgia. The address provided to consumers by the scammer has been used to mislead people into believing the company is a Georgia organization.
BBB has been unable to locate a physical address for Alvin's Huskies Ltd and advises consumers to use extreme caution if an offer is made by Alvin's Huskies Ltd.
