We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Alumi Frenchies.
The consumer alleged that Alumi Frenchies had puppies for sale and requested payment via Zelle. The consumer further alleges that after payment was sent, the puppy was never shipped.
BBB asked Alumi Frenchies to respond to the consumer's allegations.
Alumi Frenchies did not respond to BBB.
BBB asked Alumi Frenchies to provide answers for the following questions:
1. BBB was unable to locate the required competency license for your company name in Georgia. Please provide your license information.
2. What is the address of your company?
3. Images found on your website were found on many other different company websites. Please explain and provide proof of your company's right to display any photos shown on your website.
Alumi Frenchies did not respond to BBB.
So that BBB may provide the most accurate and transparent information on Alumi Frenchies to consumer inquiries, we sent our Standard Business Questionnaire for their completion and return.
Also requested were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by Alumi Frenchies.
Alumi Frenchies did not respond to BBB's requests for information.
