This company's owner was previously indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury. Mr. Terrell was accused of damaging a customer's unit to better his chances of getting insurance money. This was after police arrested Terrell for criminal damage to property and reckless conduct.
Customer Complaint
BBB conducted a file review of this company. The complaints are all similar in nature concerning products installed not up to current code. When consumers contact company concerning incomplete work or unsatisfactory work Mr. Terrell becomes irate and threatens to contact his attorney.
BBB made several attempts to contact the for updated information. The last time was in November 2015. The company has not responded to our requests.
