Pattern of Complaints
BBB's role in the marketplace is to promote and foster ethical relationships between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation efforts.
After a review of American Diesel's complaints on file with BBB, we noticed a pattern of complaint.
Specifically, consumers allege refunds not being provided, engines not received after purchase and consumers receiving damaged engines.
BBB requested the voluntary cooperation of American Diesel in eliminating the pattern of complaint and sent an Agreement to Eliminate a Pattern of Complaint Form to American Diesel.
BBB requested at least three ways in which American Diesel would implement to stop any pattern of complaint.
American Diesel did not respond to BBB's request.
