      Driver leaves packages at unattatched garage behind house constantly and then packages blow across the fiel or get soaked in the rain! Call customer ********************** and if you can get past the automated service to a human, they just say there is nothing they can do because I should have put instructions in for delivery!!!!! Or go online to file a claim. And there it says can not file claim item delivered! So you are just out of luck. Isn't it common sense to put a delivery at the HOUSE ,at least, if the driver is too lazy to carry a 6 lb box to the front door.

      I was promised a package to be delivered to my home onThursday December 2nd, and here it is Monday, December 6th, and I still haven't received my package. Unfortunately I have to be home to sign for the package and it has now cost me 3 days of work. I have also spent more than 2 hours on the phone with UPS and they still haven't been able to confirm if I will get the package today. This has been a terrible customer ********************** nightmare!. I will definitely not use UPS in the future.

      I had 3 packages ordered on black Friday. One came from CA, the other from VA. Both came on a timely matter. My third one however is who knows where and is coming from KY. Not sure what's going on with the Midwest facilities but they don't seem to update anything. Once it left TN there was no update for 3 days. Finally, it checked into **** in the city next to me in ********. Well, 4 hours later it's in ***********, **. Couple hours later it says departed from **, but it's been another 3 days without updates. You're slow to get the package to me, but have no problem yeeting the package back out of state.

      I had them tell me my delivery would be Dec 2, then Dec 3, then Dec **********now my tracking number does not give a date and only says on its way but is still not out for delivery. They suck! Called in and complained......they sent me an email to fill out so they can investigate what is happening and said it could take up to 8 business days to find out what is happening. Really!!!!

      The customer support phone system seems to be designed for minimal human interaction and this will not allow me to speak with a representative no matter which way I go about it. Absolutely horrible experience.

      I have had nothing but problems with this horrible company. Just today, I was expecting a package. My girlfriend sat outside watching the only road to our place and waiting. She waited from 8am to 12:50pm only to see the UPS truck fly by past our street. They never turned on our street and never tried to. She checked the tracking and they had the audacity to claim "Delivery Attempted". Now, unless this delivery driver is a rogue agent that likes to get out of his truck and sneak around around buildings in order to get to the back door, there is absolutely no way she would ever have not seen him. Immediately, she called customer service and I contacted customer service on twitter. I informed them that my girlfriend and I are both disabled and we cannot drive out to the UPS Access Point. They customer services reps did not care. They set it to deliver the next day, however, I kinda need my medicine that day! I told the rep again I need my stuff today and that I cannot wait and that we are disabled; we physically cannot make the trip to the nearest access point. The Rep did not care and just repeated the same stuff. I told him that was completely unacceptable and the rep just never responded; effectively ending the conversation. This company does not care to aid or help the disabled or people - specifically the disabled - using them to get medicine delivered through them. This is absolutely abhorrent and disgusting. My girlfriend and I are discussing if it is worth it to take legal action or not. There was also the time where I asked them to reattempted a delivery and they just instead returned to sender. This is why we need to fund USPS and stop gimping it so hard. UPS and FedEx do not provide us options, they limit us by providing service that they don't need to care about upholding because we have no other options but to use them in the vast majority of cases.

      Ordered phone on black Friday sale. Delivery was supposed require a signature! Driver left it at the wrong door. Ups rep was very rude about where my package was and now the claims department is slow and in responsive!!! Very disappointed in service during this holiday season

      UPS has been the worst service I have ever utilized.
      Package pick ups are arranged and no one ever picks up nor even tries to attempt pick up.
      Package pick up happen unannounced and my mattress was a return pick up, and was picked up out of the blue- and no receipt or confirmation was given.
      And now no one is taking responsibility of the lost package, and my money is at stake.
      On contacting UPS the customer agent was so rude and refused to admit that a receipt should be given on pick up. Never in my life have I been spoke to in this manner. And even while requesting to transfer to the manager the agent rudely disconnected the call on my face.

      Never ever again am I trusting UPS.
