BBB files contain a pattern
of complaints from consumers which alleges issues with service. Specifically,
consumers allege after paying for leads, they received no leads, bad leads or less
leads than they paid for. BBB files contain multiple unanswered
complaints.
On October 13, BBB sent correspondence to The Warton group requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints. The telephone number on file for the business was found to be inactive.
In addition, BBB visited the
business’ location and found the office to be vacant. BBB sent correspondence to The Warton Group
requesting they confirm whether or not the company is still in business. We are awaiting their response.
BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.
