BBB received consumer complaint activity filed against Health & Life Networking LLC. Specifically, consumer complaints allege receiving unwanted calls to senior citizens, from individuals claiming to be medical professionals asking about their health history and Medicare account information. After the call the consumer would received unauthorized orders in the mail for various products they did not ask for, and found out they were billed under Medicare and/or insurance.
In April 2022, BBB contacted the business to address the complaint activity and request substantiation of their licensing.
