Since June 2024, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning Non-Delivery of their puppy. Specifically, the business will require payment upfront for the puppy but then request additional payment(s) before shipping. Consumers have not received the promised puppy despite paying, and found that no refunds have been received.
1). BBB was not able to verify if the images of listed puppies for sale actually belong to the business or if they were stolen from social media accounts.
2). BBB was not able to verify the address in Tampa is registered to any business. Please understand that scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address usually has no connection to the scam business.
