"AmmoShopOnline.com changed its fulfillment model in September of 2020. We contracted a third party fulfillment center to help with shipping operations. Unfortunately the contracted third party fulfillment center was not ready to keep up with the demand. The third party fulfillment center continuously breached our contracted shipping lead times with little to no communication to customer service. Due to the current market conditions and time of the year, the provided shipping carrier also experienced many issues, delays, and missing packages causing extra frustrations to our customers.
Effective November 20th, 2020 all AmmoShopOnline.com orders are being fulfilled in-house to ensure speed and accuracy of each order."
