            BBB Investigation Results

            BBB has received a pattern of complaints from mortgage professionals throughout the country that have been scammed by a person using multiple "business" names. The person identifies himself using a number of aliases, including Isaac Moreno and Isaac Moore.

            The scam artist offers mortgage call lead marketing services for mortgage professionals and loan officers, ranging in price between $300 to $1,000. Complaints brought to BBB's attention state that after the sales call, complainants were overnighted a FedEx envelope by the purported "business". The complainants then mailed check payments and signed contracts back to one of several Florida addresses. Once payment is received by the scam artist, no services are provided, the individual becomes unresponsive, and the complainants do not receive the promised leads or refunds.

            The individual uses numerous websites and online marketing identifying his "business" as having locations throughout the country. When mortgage professionals contact him, he claims that he has relationships with well-known financial institutions. BBB has not been able to validate that such relationships exist.

            BBB has determined that websites created by the scammer to generate leads for the mortgage professionals.
