We at Trusted Development Group, LLC accept responsibility for the volume of complaints and the outcome of each of those customer relationships. Our goal is to maintain customer satisfaction, and have great relationships with customers. We regret the nature of all these complaints and have identified the issues that led to them.
The issues were caused by improper staffing and poor internal communication systems. We have taken multiple steps to resolve this issue. Over the last few months we have staffed construction properly, so that we have the proper number of construction team members on our labor force. We have added a Director of Construction, full time dispatch person, and a project coordinator to allow for adequate coverage in this department. Additionally, we have implemented a software system that is automated, and allows projects to move seamlessly from one department to another, without the need for someone to hand deliver the file, or for something to potentially fall through the cracks. We are operating on a new CRM that manages tasks more easily, and creates complete transparency from one department to another. We have also added another larger location and office, so that we have the proper space for staffing, and collaboration on projects.
We have added a full time in-house Engineer as well as a drafting manager and additional permit technician.
We commit to continue this path of proper staffing, and internal communication to make our customer experience significantly better.
Specifically, and in addition to all of these; we commit to the following:
1. Continued implementation of the above items.
2. More departmental overlap, so that we do not have poor handoff between departments. For example, the job superintendent will be brought into the process prior to permitting and planning so that we can control and hold accountable all departments. We will provide a schedule during the design phase, and offer better explanations on what is necessary to complete the job, and make sure everyone is involved in that process.
3. Designers will continue with the project through construction completion, so that it is less likely that any miscommunication will occur. they will assist the job superintendent with the project while under construction, so that we have adequate customer care attached to each project.
4. Redefined infrastructure that includes more departmental transparency.
