-- Collier CPR inspects all items before delivery and hand delivers all items, including proper attachment/insertion of accessories. Any damage, deficiencies or errors in equipment will be recorded immediately by Collier CPR & Safety Training. If device troubleshoot and preventative maintenance checks out all affirmative, the device will be placed back in service and documented appropriately with this agreement. After CCPR representative delivery and product demonstration, troubleshoot, or preventative maintenance and upon equipment placing back in service, all sales are considered final.
--If Collier CPR has items drop shipped directly to the customer per their specific request, items returned within 30 days of the invoice date will not be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all original items included.
--Sales will be considered final for all items not returned and in Collier CPR's possession 30 days from invoice date...Sale will be assumed final at the 30 day mark. Items will not be accepted in our warehouse and will be returned to the customer.

By signing this document, the purchaser agrees to the above terms and that he/she has received all items and they are in perfect working condition. The signer also agrees that they have been explained and fully understand and agree to all responsibilities of an AED owner/program coordinator.
