          In February 2013 BBB contacted the business about the advertising of guarantees used on the website. Specifically, BBB requested that all terms and conditions regarding the offer of a satisfaction guarantee, a 7 day freshness guarantee and a on time delivery guarantee be disclosed on the website.

          BBB Code of Advertising indicates that "satisfaction guarantee," "money back guarantee," "free trial offer," or similar representations should be used in advertising only if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product at the purchaser's request." and "When "satisfaction guarantee" or similar representations are used in advertising, any material limitations or conditions that apply to the guarantee should be clearly and prominently disclosed."

          The business has removed the "on time guarantee" statement from the website and indicated in a response that the terms and conditions for the remaining guarantees would be placed up on the website.

          To date, the disclosures with the terms and conditions have not yet been implemented.
