BBB has received complaints from consumers concerning this business which allege that they have been approached by the business owner, Troy Preston Jowers offering to perform tree removal. Consumers declare that Mr. Jowers does some of the work, but claims to have to return to complete the job and demands payment for the entire job. After securing payment he does not return as promised. Mr. Jowers has an extensive list of business names and aliases that he uses. BBB has been unable to locate any current state registration, county business registration for Troy Jowers or any of his businesses. If you are approached by Mr. Jowers offering services you may wish to contact you local law enforcement agency.
It is always a red flag when a business demands 100% payment upfront before the work is completed.
