          According to information in BBB files, CG Consulting and Design has a pattern of complaint alleging Contract issues.

           

          Specifically, consumers allege they signed a contract with CG Consulting and Design promising that their project would be finished within the timeframe specified. Consumers indicate that despite providing a substantial deposit or all of the money for their project, no work is accomplished, or work is left unfinished after several months of chasing a start date and updates on their project. Customers also stipulate that CG Consulting and Design has been unresponsive. 

           

          On November 19th, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to CG Consulting and Design to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.
