- Additional Info:BBB received a consumer inquiry about Instant Telemedice LLC, alleging the business attempted to charge their credit card for trial fees even though they did not use their services. When the consumer called the business, they explained it was for medical information or help over the phone and they would continue to bill for $34.97. The consumer stated they would not give them any information over the phone and disputed it with my credit card company to decline the charges.
BBB contacted Instant Telemedice LLC to obtain more information about their business model and services. BBB requested information to understand how the business obtains consumer information and asked they substantiate using licensed medical professionals for the advertised telemedicine services, as no directory of medical professionals is listed on their website.
The business replied, stating they are a contracted white label of MD Live. They do not have online advertising but prompt their target audience to call through various direct mail marketing campaigns to offer access to the services offered by MD Live, the Instant Telemedice site is an online portal for members to access the services offered.
