Eleno Pets Glory has a pattern of consumer complaints and BBB Scam Tracker reports concerning unauthorized charges. Consumers allege they received unauthorized charges on their credit, debit and unemployment debit cards from Eleno Pets Glory, even though they never heard of nor did business with the company. In most cases, the charges range between $24 and $25 and are charged multiple times to their account.
Since April 2020, BBB attempted to contact the business but the phone number provided (863) 491-0405 was invalid. The business is reportedly using addresses of 1525 SE Plum Dr Arcadia, FL 34266-7475 and 1060 Woodcock Rd STE 128 #98615 Orlando, FL 32803-3607.
BBB received several complaints about Eleno Pets Glory from consumers across the county since April 2020. Specifically, these complainants allege that Eleno Pets Glory makes unauthorized credit/debit card withdrawals from individuals' bank accounts. Complainants told BBB that they were completely unaware of having made any purchase or having had any marketplace transaction with the business.
