About
Important information
- Additional Info:This company locates consumers who have unclaimed monies available. Company purchases lists from HUD/FHA, locates current information on consumers and provides information to consumer on how to collect unclaimed monies. Once the consumer signs and returns the service agreement, 2/5 or 40% of any recovered funds are due to the company even though the consumer must apply for the funds and receives payment directly. When the company becomes aware that the consumer has received the funds, even if an extended period of time goes by between the agreement and recovery of funds, the company will issue an invoice for its 40%. If unpaid the company may pursue collections through an outside agency if necessary. Some agreements may contain a different fee structure.
