After numerous requests for information were ignored, BBB closed the investigation. At this time, BBB Serving Connecticut does not believe it has sufficient information to generate a rating.

          • Look for transparency in all advertising and work with a contractor who is responsive to your needs
          • Check licensing
          • Ask for references and verify them
          • Get all agreements in writing and include resolution options should either party fail to perform
