    • Our bookstore has a 30 day refund policy.  Our courses are as follows: 
      If unforeseen circumstances interrupt yourstudies, and you find you need additional time to complete the course, theInstitute will—at your request, and with your instructor’s approval— grant youa reasonable extension.  If youmust withdraw, the following refund policy, governed by Connecticut law, willapply:
      If you notify the Institute within 10 daysof your enrollment that you wish to withdraw, any payments you have made willbe refunded within 30 days, and you will have no further obligation. If you withdraw11 to 30 days after enrollment, you will owe 27% of tuition; from 31 to 60days, you will owe 33.3% of tuition; from 61 to 90 days, you will owe 39.6% oftuition; from 91 to 120 days, you will owe 45.9% of tuition; from 121 to 150days, you will owe 52.2% of tuition; from 151 to 180 days, you will owe 58.6%of tuition; from 181 to 360 days, you will owe 72.4% of tuition; from 361 to540 days, you will owe 86.2% of tuition; and after 540 days, you will owe 100%of the tuition. Of course, all tuition payments made by you will be deductedfrom your obligation as indicated above. Under the monthly payment plan, thefinance charge will be retained by the Institute, even if the tuition is fullypaid with fewer than 12 payments. If you pay in full upon enrollment and itbecomes necessary for you to withdraw, you will receive a full refund of anymoney you have paid minus the amount due, as outlined above.  If you are not satisfied that you’vebecome a better writer and learned how to market your writing to editors andpublishers by the time you’ve completed our course, you can obtain a fullrefund. Simply make your request within 60 days of the date on your diploma.
