I ordered a ********** bike September 27,2021. The delivery company is XPO logistics. My delivery was scheduled for 10/21. When the bike arrived, the main power cable was not functioning. I was told to refuse shipment and another bike would be sent as a replacement. I received another notice within 24 hours that a bike was to be delivered. The delivery on October 26 was canceled by the driver. It then sat at XPO for a week with no movement. After many phone calls, the bike was resent to November 4. This bike was the same broken bike. I refused delivery. After emailing **********, I was told XPO should repair the bike and resend. Multiple conversations and emails between XPO and ********** resulted in a part being shipped from ********** to XPO for repair. On November 22 I was told that my bike would be delivered November 29. When no receiving time was confirmed I called and was told they removed my bike from delivery because they thought it was an incomplete order. I have had the weights and mats which were included in my order for several weeks. My delivery has been rescheduled for the 5th tine and six weeks since the original delivery. XPO has no follow through, no escalation procedure and lacks a solid process to complete an order or customer complaint. I have been rescheduled for Dec 1. I have no confidence that I will be receiving a working bike. I offered to pick up my product, that I purchased and has been in their warehouse for 6 weeks.. I am beyond frustrated and feel they should be forced to do better if they are the delivery system for so many large products.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was assured by senior management that the delivery would take place 12/1 and that the order is complete and in working condition. I will follow up if there are any issues with delivery tomorrow.

When this company delivered my washer and dryer the installers where very unprofessional and cause 2 floods to happen in my basement. The day they installed they were outside playing basketball with the children's ball and hoop which was causing my dog to bark excessively. When they disconnected my washer water went everywhere flooding my basement. He told me it was only alittle water but once I inspected it, it was alot. I called and complained and nothing hhappened. Now 2 weeks later my basement is flooded again because they did not install the drain pipe correctly and it came out without me know whole doing wash. I have many items downstairs now ruined from boxes of pictures, tool materials, children's arts and crafts, Christmas items, a water underneath the cabinets where I will now need to rip the cabinets out so we avoid mold.Business response
