In August 2020, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Joannied business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and Scam Tracker reports.

Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints: 
-I've ordered an Amazon Fire TV stick ($25.42) from their website with order#**** They provided me a UPS tracking# ******. It has shown it's delivered at 6/5/20 @ 9:57am, but I couldn't find any package around my house. I've tried to contact them, but got no response from them. I have a camera at my front door, I didn't see anyone deliver a package around that time and date. 
-I ordered a X Box One Controller online from Joannied. Shop which I paid through Pay Pal. I was told that I would receive it in 5 days. I was given a tracking number which I monitored until delivery. I was told that the item was delivered to my door. I did not receive the item then I contacted UPS to check where the item was delivered. I was told that the tracking # I received was not my purchase nor was the item in my name or address. I defiled a dispute with Pay Pal who then took the seller's side without hearing my side. I disputed again to no avail. Joannied is an overseas business that supposedly ships in Country but they do not have a good phone # or email address. The # you have I cannot get through to them. I have proof from UPS that the tracking # is not my purchase not in my name or my address.
-I placed my order with Joannied.com, since May 18, 2020 and they got paid the same day and until now I never received my orders, every time I checked my orders on their website, it’s been saying that order #**** placed on May 18 has been placed on hold until now, every time I tried to contact them, it said their phone number was in service, I tried by email address, they never replied back
-I ordered a Firestick from Joannied. When I received a message from ups saying it was delivered it was nowhere in sight. So I looked at my camera and no ups came to my house. I called ups and they looked up the tracking # and it was delivered to a person and address I never heard of. I went to that address and the lady that lives there said she never received it. After trying to contact Joannied the phone rings busy and my emails came back undeliverable. I even wrote to them and never heard from them.

In August, 2020, BBB checked the website www.joannied.shop to determine when it was created. The website was created on May 05, 2020. 

During the course of our investigation, BBB found this business is not located at the reported address in Grand Junction, CO. In August 2020, BBB was notified that the postal address on El Moro Ct, in Grand Junction, CO, which is currently listed on Joannied is not a valid address for the business. BBB was made aware that the owners of the listed address have no affiliation with Joannied. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business. 

BBB made inquiries to Joannied via email asking the following:
- All physical and mailing addresses. 
- All legal and DBA names.
- Shipment/delivery time for orders. 
- Number of orders Joannied received within the last six months. 
- Number of orders Joannied fulfilled within the last 6 months. 
- Explanation of their refund policy for undelivered merchandise, including the time period they allow for orders to be delivered to the consumer. 

To date, BBB has not received a response from Joannied.

Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
