           On March 29, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to an online dating service operating under the business name MeetMindful, Inc. Consumers allege after signing up for a membership, they are unable to opt out of the membership via the business website, they are charged a monthly fee for a service they no longer wish to use, and the business is unresponsive to their requests for assistance in obtaining refunds and canceling memberships. MeetMindful, Inc, http://www.meetmindful.com/, advertises an address of 1444 Wazee Street Denver, Colorado 80202 and their telephone number is 720-772-7551.

          On March 29, 2021 and April 12, 2021, BBB reached out to MeetMindful, Inc regarding the consumer complaints, however as of April 22, 2021, the business has not responded.
