GOTRAX™ will process returns and refunds only for items that were purchased directly from GOTRAX.com within the last 30 days. Return items purchased through an authorized dealer (whether in-store or through an online marketplace) to the point of purchase.To return an item from GOTRAX.com, please see our Return Guidelines below for step-by-step instructions that will ensure proper processing.
Failure to follow our return guidelines and instructions may result in a delay that could affect your eligibility to receive a refund.
Once your return is received, GOTRAX™ will issue a credit for the full purchase price (plus tax) to the credit card charged for the original purchase of the item(s). This credit excludes outbound shipping costs.
Unless the return is the result of a GOTRAX™ error, the cost of returning item(s) is the responsibility of the customers.
Return Guidelines
We accept all returns of new, unused items ordered from GOTRAX.com in the last 30 calendar days.
All items must be returned in their original GOTRAX™ packaging.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original receipt.
Please allow us at least two weeks for processing once we have received the returned item(s).
