          The Better Business Bureau (BBB) conducted an investigation of this company in April of 2021.    The BBB received allegations of negative customer experience with this company’s business practices. The BBB decided to investigate the company for alleged practice customer's trying to return or exchange a pair of boots they have bought fbut not being given a refund.  Also allegedly when the customer trries to email the company they never get responded too. After careful online research of this company and the businesses website the BBB has determined that these practices may be going on. BBB of the Tri-Counties suggests using caution when doing business with this company.
