Consumers have generally alleged the products they receive are not of the quality advertised on the website. Others have alleged not receiving their orders, being overcharged, and being told they will have to pay international shipping charges to return their products.

          Nomorthan is using the American flag on their website, nomorthan.com, implying that its products are "Made in the USA."
