          BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning online purchases. Specifically, customer complaints allege customer are not receiving products. Customers are placing orders through the company's website and money is being withdrawn for the purchase. After waiting for several weeks for their order to arrive customers allege they never receive their orders. They try to get in contact with the company to inquire about their order but the company fails to respond the customer's emails or calls. Some customers do receive a package but indicate that it is either incorrect items or incorrect sizing. When these customers try to get in contact with the company they also experience no response from the business. On March 18, 2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of July 1, 2019, BBB has had no response.
