BBB believes these represent a pattern of complaint allegations, including: allegations that customers receive furniture or appliances that are damaged or defective on delivery; allegations that the company significantly delays the delivery of the customer's order, including weeks long delays and missed delivery appointments; and allegations that communication from the company regarding complaints is lacking.

          BBB wrote to the company on October 3 and October 10, 2018 requesting their plans to address the underlying issues leading to these consumer allegations. As of today's date, the company has not responded.
