On November 6, 2020, Geraldine and Clayton Hill of On Your Feet Inc were sentenced in Federal court by the Department of Justice. The sentencing settles allegations that the defendants committed tax evasion and conspired to commit mail fraud. The defendants used On Your Feet Inc to facilitate their fraudulent schemes. Under terms of the sentencing, the defendants were sentenced to 9 months and 15 months in prison, and have been ordered to pay $50,933 in restitution to the IRS.
