          In January of 2020, the BBB launched an investigation on this company. Consumers have alleged that the business is involved in dishonest business practices.  The BBB decided to investigate the alleged practice of the company telling the customers they will only be charged 1.99 for a lawyer referral but their credit card being charged a monthly fee for different higher amounts as much as $34.95.  After analysis of the company’s website page terms and conditions and careful online research, the BBB has determined these practices may be going on.   The BBB suggests using caution when doing business with this company.
