Professional Fiduciaries Bureau v. Fessha Taye, Owner of Senior Pro Services, LLC
On January 17, 2019, Fessha Taye (Respondent) the owner of Senior Pro Services, LLC entered into Stipulated Order with the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau (PFB), case no. PF-2016-30.
The order stems from allegations that from February 1, 2014 to October 29, 2015, respondent was the trustee for a Revocable Trust. During this time, the PFB alleges that the respondent acted with incompetence and in willful violation of duty, committed acts of fraud or dishonesty, failed to comply with professional standards substantially related to the duties of a professional fiduciary and committed acts of unprofessional conduct.
Respondent agreed that his professional fiduciary license is subject to discipline and has agreed to surrender his Professional Fiduciary License No. PF-201. The decision to surrender the fiduciary license will become effective on March 6, 2019.
