          Cash 4 Gift Cards America came to BBB’s attention in February 2020. According to this company’s website, the company will exchange gift cards for cash. Complaints filed with BBB state consumers sell their gift cards, but payment is never received and the balance on the gift card is taken. Complainants state they are unable to reach anyone by either email or phone calls.

          BBB attempted to contact Cash 4 Gift Cards America to address BBB’s concerns. We have been unable to make contact but have confirmed that the San Francisco address listed on the company’s website belongs to another company who has no affiliation with this company.
