            SHIPPING:
            Orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same or next day provided that the product ordered is in stock and available. Orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or any USA national holiday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, but we can provide you with tracking number to your order. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate.

            WARRANTY AND EXCHANGES:
            Magic TV Box's receiver (Set Top Box) comes with a one-year warranty effective from the date of your purchase.  We will exchange a Set Top Box receiver defective due to manufacturing within the warranty period as long it is not physically damaged (e.g., sufficiently unworn, not misused, not exposed to liquids or other foreign materials). Customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping if the exchange accrues after 10 days from the purchase date.  The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

            Magic TV Box will exchange and handle the reasonable cost of return shipping of unworn products that are defective
            due to manufacturing  that are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

            Magic TV Box will rectify fulfillment mistakes (shipping incorrect product to you) upon return of product
            within 10 days from the date of purchase.   Magic TV Box will handle the reasonable cost
            of return shipping in this instance as well.
