With Battlefield ****, just like with Anthem before it, EA sold us a **** of goods. This is essentially a bait and switch, perhaps even fraud, especially for PVE players. One of the main selling points of this game was that: "All experience you earned in Battlefield **** is universal and shared across all its modes, which means youll be leveling up and unlocking new weapons, gadgets, and cosmetics no matter which mode youre playing."On day 2 of Early Access (which I paid extra to be a part of), EA stripped the ability to earn experience from 2 of the 3 game modes. Portal and Solo/Co-op All-out-warfare. They added it back several days later, but ONLY to solo/co-op and even then it is capped so you cannot fully unlock anything. No ribbons, and nothing past mastery tier 12, in other words, essentially worthless. There is no reason for a PVE focused player like me to even own this game, yet I'm stuck with it, having wasted nearly $100.I would not have bought this game if EA had not made this a selling point, as I have no interest in playing with cheaters or sweats. This is pretty much just as slimy as what they did with Anthem hyping it as a complete game and then releasing a shell of a game without much content, then abandoning it after a short while. This will be the last purchase I make from EA, they have burned their last bridge with me. I regret that I am not allowed to leave a ZERO star rating.

Absolute greedy garbage company. Releases product far from finished at full price, then sells the rest of the product through additional content. 0/5 stars, everything they touch is like this. Support is horrible, near impossible to reach, at this point they are more like scammers peddling cheap trash like it's top tier goods. The games they release never play right for the first year, Anthem will never be fixed, battlefield **** releases with only a handful of guns and maps, compared to all the others that have absolute tons of content on release. Buyers beware, EA doesn't care

EA has been scamming people for years by releasing the worst sports video games possible while simultaneously promising that they have fixed the issues that users reported. They also have a monopoly on multiple game types.

2 pt I have been playing EA games for as long as I can remember. For the last several months, I have been playing, specifically, Apex Legends with my close, real life, friends, and I start noticing that every time that I log off of Apex Legends that an error pops up stating "Anti-Cheat Violation." I've never even used any sort of software to alter the game or cheat in any way, shape, or form. Then, on Saturday, November 27th, I cannot log into Origin, EA Play, or Apex Legends. I chat with a nice representative for help, and he asks me if I have ever cheated or violated the terms of service for EA. Of course, I replied with, "No." He told me he would escalate the matter with the terms of service team and tell them that I have not done these things that I am accused of. Over the next couple of days, I email EA, tweet at them, and also make my own case for being wrongfully banned. I get an email telling me that my duplicate case has been closed. Next, I get an email stating that my account was actioned correctly and will remained banned. I made another dispute to which I get another email, in which they tell me that after two full investigations that the matter will remain closed. I have still yet to know what term of service they say I have violated to get banned. If I made some kind of mistake or one of my anti-virus/anti-malware/firewall on my PC caused an issue, why wouldn't EA just flat out tell me so I can fix the issue somehow? I've spent over 700 hours and over $3,000 dollars in Apex Legends alone, not to mention the other games I have purchased through EA that I can no longer play. I even bought a year's worth of EA Play membership. I have always been a fan of EA games. This makes me never want to play one of their games again, or maybe even game again because I am so disheartened. I can't even play a free to play game with my friends and have my account which was, honestly, a big sense of my livelihood. I know that sounds extreme, but it was one of the only games that my friends and I could play, spend time with each other in, and bond with since our lives are so hectic that we don't see each other in person. As someone that struggles with severe anxiety and depression, this *****. Apex Legends was my favorite game, and now I can never play again. I have received a final email stating the following, "Hello,We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter.Thank you,EA Terms of Service"

They push and release games from their developers that are half-baked with little to no content in them in hopes to sell DLC or game passes down the line that will finish the game. This is the sad world that the gaming world is falling into and EA is easily one of the worst.

I pre-ordered Battlefield **** and have an issue where I was getting constant packet loss when playing in matches that made the game unplayable. After a week of testing and working with EA support on the issue I was told it was a known issue and an update would fix the issue. I waited for the next update, and when it came out it just made the issue worse. When I asked for a refund they told me no cause my account was not eligible, and that I should try to put my 35-pound desktop on another network.

Worst company in the world. They consistently ***** customers with prices and promise products that they sell incomplete. No game they release is finished then try to charge people for in game add ons to actually finish the game. Every studio they have acquired they have gutted. No game they release is playable. The games are incomplete at best with large amounts of glitches and bugs and total lack of content. This company should be broken apart and shut down. They are corrupt soulless corporate blood suckers. No ethics at all. Horrible company that extorts a whole consumer base with no oversight at all.

Electronic arts has refused to assist with resetting an account that had an email that was recently discontinued. Spectrum discontinued legacy email accounts and as soon as they did Electronic arts decided my password expired and is forcing me to use an email they know is no longer valid. They are con artists and they will eventually take away your account. They are intentionally making it impossible to reset a password that I know. I have all account information but they don't care.

I as well preordered Battle Field **** and have had nothing but problems. I then reached out to customer service to address these issues and the rep wouldn't even let me talk to a manager after being rude the entire time and telling me I just have to deal with it. I sat on hold and was told the manager will not take your call! I want a refund at this point as I am very unhappy and didnt expect to be treated this way
